What types of products can you customize?

Japorms can customize a wide range of apparel for you to design and choose from including, T-shirts, Golf shirts, Caps, Jackets, Sweaters, Toques, Twills, and more!

How do I order?

Japorms accepts orders via direct messages on our social media accounts or through our contact number, whichever you prefer.

Can I provide my own designs?

Since our service is all about providing personalized apparel, you can certainly provide your own designs. We accept various file formats, including .jpeg, .png, .pdf, .ai, and .eps.

Can I provide my own choice of product?

Yes, you can provide your own products for customization. Just ensure they're suitable for embroidery or printing. Contact us if you have any questions about compatibility!

What are the setup fees for embroidery & printing?

Setup fees depend on the complexity of the design and the number of items being produced. Please contact us for a detailed quote.

oRDER AND SHIPMENT

How long does it take for my order to be complete?

Turnaround times vary based on the size and complexity of the order. Typically, it takes 7 business days from the time the order is placed.

Do you do same-day service?

We offer a 24-hour service within our production capacity and product availability. Please contact us to confirm if your order can be accommodated.

Can I rush my order?

Rush orders are available for an additional fee. Contact us to check availability and turnaround times.

Do you do sample orders? 


Due to the volume of order we do not offer free sample unless you already placed your order, we will make a sample for you before we proceed to production.


How to get a quote?


To get a quote, go to our Designer and simply upload your design on the selected product and the just click the Quote button, after that just select the desire quantity and the click update quote and you will be given the total amount of your order.

What if I want to change my order or add notes to my order?


We allow customers to add notes to their order for additional details, we know some orders might be complicated and unique so it's better to contact us before placing that order.


What happens when there is a problem with my order?


At Japorms Custom Clothing, if the custom product you received is different from what you order, we can make it right for you as soon as possible and for the damage, stained or for the custom product that is different from the artwort  we offer a refund, we just need to review the matter and it takes 1-3 bussiness days for the refund, if you have your own logo that need to be digitized, please note that we don't do refund for the digitizing fee.

Do you have sizing chart?


Sizing chart can be found with the product you want to design.


Can I bring my own product to get them printed on?


Absolutely! you can bring your own specific item to our location.


Do you offer youth size?


Yes we offer youth size, please check the product page for the details.

Packing Shipping


Do you offer rush order and rush shipping?


We offer rush order with additional fee, for standard shipping 2-12 business days, for express shipping 1-8 business days


Can i pick up an order?


Yes, we will let you know if your order is ready for pick up and let us know if your coming for pick up so we can prepare for your item.


How do I get a tracking number for my order?


For the tracking number we will send you an email once the order has shipped.


How is my order will be shipped?


Within Canada your order will be shipped by UPS or by Canada Post. 


What is the standard delivery time for an order?

Standard prduction is 14 business days plus the delivery.

Art & Design


What format or file types do you accept for upload?


We accept .jpeg, .png, .ai, eps and pdf. for best result high resolution files and vector files are prefered. 


My file looks pixelated, can you fix it?


We will try to fix it before we print them, but if the images you provided is so blurry or pixelated we will email you and notify you so we work for a better resolution.


What if I want to add more details to my artwork?


If you have additional adjustments you want to add to your artwork let us know, call us or email us on working hours, don't worry we will show proof before we proceed to production.

How to determine the pricing?

Can I provide my own designs?


We determine pricing based on the cost of the specific product, and by quantity of your order , for embroidery we determine the price per stitch, everything is calculated automaticaly through our site.


What payment method do you accept?
