We embroider: Dad hats, Trucker hats, Snapbacks, Beanies / toques, and Performance caps. Embroidery
is the recommended method for headwear due to durability and professional finish.
Yes. Embroidery lasts longer, looks more premium, and works best on curved surfaces like hats.
Printing is only recommended for foam-front trucker hats or very small runs.9
Small runs are available, but bulk pricing starts at 12+ pieces. Larger quantities offer better unit
pricing.
👕 Screen Printing & T-Shirts
It depends on quantity and design: Screen printing is best for bulk orders (24+ pieces) with bold
designs. Heat press / DTF is best for small runs and full-colour designs. Embroidery is best for
small logos on premium garments.
Properly cured screen prints last for years with normal washing. They're ideal for uniforms, events,
and promotional apparel.
Yes. You can mix sizes freely. Mixing colours may affect pricing depending on print setup—our team
will advise during quoting.

Preferred formats: AI, EPS, PDF (vector – best), PNG or JPG (high resolution). If your file isn't

accurate logo detail.
We match colours as closely as possible using Pantone references, embroidery thread charts, and
print ink standards.

Yes. We ship custom apparel to all Canadian provinces, including Ontario, BC, Alberta, Quebec, and

Yes. Toronto pickup is available for local customers.
Typical turnaround: Small orders take 3–7 business days, Bulk orders take 5–10 business days. Rush
service may be available depending on the order.
