Digital Design Preparation
Convert artwork to print-ready format
Your design is optimized for DTF printing with proper color profiles, resolution, and sizing to ensure the best possible output quality.

DTF Film Printing
Print design on special transfer film
High-quality water-based inks are printed onto a specialized DTF transfer film using precision inkjet technology.

Adhesive Powder Application
Apply hot-melt adhesive powder
A fine layer of hot-melt adhesive powder is evenly applied over the printed design while the ink is still wet.

Powder Melting & Curing
Heat-cure the adhesive powder
The film passes through a heating tunnel to melt and cure the adhesive powder, creating a strong bond with the ink.

Heat Press Application
Transfer the design to the garment
The DTF transfer is positioned on the garment and heat-pressed at the correct temperature and pressure for optimal adhesion.

Peeling & Quality Check
Remove film and inspect the result
After cooling, the transfer film is carefully peeled away, leaving the design permanently bonded to the fabric.
