HEATPRESS CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To keep your heat press-printed items looking their best, it’s important to follow proper care instructions. Here’s how to maintain the quality and longevity of your heat press-printed garments:

Washing Method

  • Turn Inside Out: Always turn the garment inside out before washing to protect the printed design from friction and wear.
  • Gentle Cycle: Use a gentle or delicate wash cycle to reduce stress on the print and fabric.
  • Mild Detergent: Opt for a mild detergent that is free of bleach or harsh chemicals, which could damage the print.

Drying Guidelines

  • Air Dry Preferred: For best results, air dry the garment by hanging it or laying it flat. This helps maintain the print's integrity and prevents shrinkage.
  • Low Heat If Using a Dryer: If you must use a dryer, select a low heat setting to avoid heat damage to the print.

Ironing

  • Avoid Direct Ironing on the Print: Do not iron directly on the printed design. If necessary, turn the garment inside out and use a low heat setting, or place a cloth over the print before ironing.
  • No Steam: Avoid using steam when ironing, as moisture combined with heat can affect the print’s adhesion.
